Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy

This policy explains how Belo Partners handles the personal data voluntarily provided by users, the purposes of processing, and the measures adopted to protect that information.

a) Objective

The objective of this Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy is to state Belo Partners’ commitment to inform users about the treatment, use, and protection of personal data provided voluntarily by its owners.

Such data will be stored in a personal data bank owned by Belo Partners.

b) Applicable Regulation

Law No. 29733 - Personal Data Protection Law.

Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS - Regulation of the Personal Data Protection Law.

c) Key Definitions

Personal data bank: Structured set of data belonging to natural persons.

Personal data: Information that identifies or makes a natural person identifiable (name, national ID, phone, and similar data).

Data owner: Natural person to whom the data belongs.

Processing: Any technical operation, automated or not, that allows the collection, registration, storage, or use of data.

d) Guiding Principles

Belo Partners guarantees that personal data processing is carried out under the principles of legality, consent, purpose, proportionality, quality, and security.

This ensures that information is used only for authorized purposes and remains protected against unauthorized access.

e) Information Processing and Consent

By providing their data, the data owner gives express consent to Belo Partners to incorporate that data into its databases for the following purposes:

  • Managing queries and requests.
  • Sending information about the brand’s services and projects.
  • Analyzing strategic profiles.
  • Formalizing commercial or contractual agreements.

Belo Partners will not transfer personal data to third parties without the prior consent of the data owner, except for the exceptions provided by law.

f) ARCO Rights

The data owner may exercise at any time the rights of access, update, rectification, inclusion, opposition, and deletion of their information.

The request must include a copy of the identity document (DNI/CE) and clearly indicate the right being exercised.

g) Acceptance of the Policy

Providing information to Belo Partners implies that the data owner has read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Policy.

If they do not agree, they must refrain from providing personal data.
